What is Pree Tees Studio?
Pree Tees Studio is a website and e-commerce platform that provides Print on Demand and Custom Printing services to print custom images on various media, such as T-shirts, Jackets, Hoodies, Mugs, Bottles, Photos, Accessories, Bags, Wallets, Pillowcases, Wall Clocks, Posters, Stickers, and many more.
Creating custom items for various personal, organizational, or corporate needs is getting easier with the integrated services offered by Pree Tees Studio.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Pree Tees Studio only sells online. We also sell our products on several e-commerce such as Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Tokopedia.
I have my own image, how can I print it on various media?
You can use the Pree Tees Designer Editor to upload and customize the look of your product images, or email us a high-resolution image to preeteesclothing@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you.
I don't want to use the Pree Tees Design Editor, can my image still be printed?
Please contact our WhatsApp, for free design service assistance from our designers. Our designers will help edit your images and ensure that the printed images are of the best quality.
Ordering
How does order confirmation work?
Immediately after your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, this is also the receipt for your purchase. If you wrote something wrong in your email address when ordering, the confirmation will not reach you, then contact our customer service and we will help you. Please note that sometimes the order confirmation ends up in spam, so feel free to look there before contacting us.
Is it possible to order only 1 item?
Of course you can. There is no minimum order on our site. Order one item and we will serve it and send it to all your addresses.
I want to buy, how do I do it?
The easiest and fastest way to buy is online through the shopping cart feature. For more information, please Contact Us or check the How to Order page.
Are all items ready stock?
We are an online store that uses an on-demand printing system (items are printed after an order is placed), so all items are always ready stock.
Does the price listed on the website include shipping costs?
The prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be determined later at checkout, after entering the shipping address information.
Can purchased items be exchanged or returned?
Please see the Refund and Returns Policy for more information regarding complaints, refund and returns.
After placing an order, it turns out that my clothes are too small/too big. Can they be exchanged?
Sorry, we currently do not accept exchanges for changing sizes or image designs. Clothes can be exchanged if there is an error on our part, such as sending the wrong size, product defects, image printing errors, or print results that are not as expected.
How long does the delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, items will be shipped between 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday).
How do I use a discount code?
In the checkout there is a field where you enter your discount code, the value of this is then deducted from your final total.
Products
How is the quality of the shirt?
We provide two types of t-shirts, namely Premium Distro standard t-shirts and New States Apparel brand t-shirts. For premium Distro Local standard t-shirts, we use 100% Premium Cotton Combed 30s t-shirt material which is cool and comfortable to wear. This type of t-shirt is widely used by t-shirt shops in general. New States Apparel t-shirts are imported t-shirts whose quality is undoubtedly using Premium Cotton 24s material and without side seams. Each t-shirt has gone through a strict quality control process so that the quality and quality of the t-shirt are guaranteed.
What printing technique is used?
We use the latest digital printing technology, namely Direct Transfer Film (DTF) with the best quality guarantee.
How is the print result, is the screen printing durable?
The print results are guaranteed to be good, will not disappoint, because we use special garment ink and the color will not fade after washing. The screen printing results look smooth, with sharp colors and detailed gradations.
What about other products, such as Jackets, Hoodies, Merchandise Products, and others?
We make sure and choose the ones with the best quality standards. However, you can also determine your own products to be printed or screen printed.
Shipping
What service do you use for delivery?
For shipping to all areas in Indonesia, we use J&T, JNE, Wahana and Pos Indonesia expedition services. While for shipping abroad, we use Pos EMS (Express Mail Service) and JNE International.
Why can't my shipping receipt number be tracked?
It is possible that your tracking number has not been inputted into the computer by the expedition party. In general, the tracking number can be tracked on D+1 after delivery. If after D+1 it cannot be tracked, you can contact us via WhatsApp, and we will continue to help verify and follow up with the expedition party until your package arrives safely at its destination.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all of Indonesia and several countries around the world.
Payment
How to make payment?
Currently we serve online payments through several methods including GoPay, QRIS, Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, Virtual Bank Accounts supported by Midtrans Goto Financial. For other payment methods such as Bank Transfer and PayPal, please Contact Us.
Can the COD (cash on delivery) method be used?
COD payments are only for printed t-shirt products and through our e-commerce at Shopee, TikTok Shop and Tokopedia.
Returns & Refunds
How do I report/complain if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective product, the size does not match the guide, or the print does not match your expectations, please send photos and videos of the unboxing of the product to our email at preeteesclothing@gmail.com for further action. Also include your order code and complaints about the product. Our customer support will follow up on this within one business day at the latest.
We do not accept product exchanges caused by incorrect size selection or incorrect images from the Consumer.
What are the terms and conditions for returning goods?
You can return the product within 3 days (including holidays) from the date the product was received. Returned products must be sent back to our address in the original condition as you received it.
How long is the limit for reporting and returning non-conforming products?
Returned products sent from you must be received by us no later than 7 days (including holidays) after the complaint process. If within that time period, we do not receive the product, we consider the complaint process complete.
How to get a refund?
Once our returned product is received, we will determine whether to replace the product with a better result or refund your money 100%. We will transfer the money to your account within 7 business days at the latest.
